Are You Ready to Rethink Change?

The third annual Human Resource Development Summit, “Changing the Way We Change,” took place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in the Graduate Education Building on the University of Arkansas (U of A) campus. It was offered in person and virtually (via Microsoft Teams).
About the HRD Summit
The annual HRD Summit is a student-led event that offers cutting-edge content on HRD trends and activities. The program provides opportunities for students, alumni, and prospective students to connect with HRD professionals and one another.
This one-day event featured keynote Dr. David Jamieson speaking about the evolution of change along with multiple breakout sessions covering topics such as New Thinking About Leadership, the Brain Science of Organizational Change, and Culture and Belonging. It also included an interactive LinkedIn workshop and an experiential learning exercise focused on HRD’s role in navigating the AI-powered workplace. The HRD Summit Commitee thanks all who attended.

The conference is free. It was held in the Graduate Education (GRAD) Building — 751 W. Maple Ave., Fayetteville — and live streamed.
