Reggie Miller joined GE Vernova as a Vice President, leading Culture & Belonging initiatives on February 20, 2024, bringing a wealth of experience fostering inclusive workplace environments. In this role, he will collaborate with employees, coach and mobilize leaders, and advocate for the company’s employee resource groups. As a spokesperson and champion both inside and outside the organization, Reggie will help drive accountability, ensuring that GE Vernova fosters a culture of belonging and lives by its principles.
With a career spanning supply chain, merchandising, international project management, and human resources, Reggie has held leadership roles at major global organizations. Most recently, he led culture and belonging initiatives at McDonald’s and VF Corporation, a global leader in outdoor, active, and workwear brands. Before that, he served in leadership roles at Walmart and Tyson Foods and was an instructor and faculty administrator at the University of Phoenix. A U.S. Army veteran, Reggie also served as a supply sergeant with deployments to Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
Reggie holds a bachelor’s degree in Education-HR Development and a master’s degree in Education-Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas, as well as an MBA from Webster University. He is actively involved in several external boards, including the Boys & Girls Club of Chicago, Camber Outdoors, Paradigm for Parity, the NC A&T State University Business College Advisory Council, and Diversity MBA.
Reggie and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Chicago with their three children—a son and twin daughters.
