Ashley Ingram is the Director of Talent Development at the University of Arkansas. She and her team are working to improve the employee experience through onboarding, talent and organization development, and employee engagement. Her previous work experience includes developing workforce development training, and designing credit and non-credit courses through the University of Arkansas Global Campus, consulting on learning and development programs at Sotheby’s, and managing talent, leadership, and engagement programs at Transplace (now Uber Freight). She also served in multiple leadership roles, including chapter president with the local Association of Talent Development (ATD) chapter. Ashley was awarded the national “One to Watch” award through ATD based on her work in improving retention and engagement by designing and implementing a new employee onboarding program.
Ashley is also a student in the Human Resource Development Doctoral Program at the University of Arkansas. She earned a Master of Education in Training and Development from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology concentrating in Human Resources from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
